Killed this one with the Ithaca M37 this spring to finish off my NC and VA tags.

He had a broken spur and puncture wounds in his breast.

Here's a few more birds killed this spring by Dale Causey, the .410 turkey assassin from MS.

He's shooting my 13/16 oz load with 9-1/2s, though he's anxious to try some 10s...

That's a Yildiz O/U .410 (from Academy Sports).

HAL... You guys amaze me with the turkeys you guys kill. I have never hardcore turkey hunted but going to NM i have a lot of opportunities. I know Florida has good turkeys but all of the good spots are permit draw and a 3 or 4 hour drive. I can not scout as much so i don't apply for permits and let the people that do scout get a better chance. I know one place that has open gun for them but its about 2 hours and over hunted.


Roll with it. If you stay above 55 the wheel wont fall off.
