Well guys, after doing more research, I noticed that the Alliant Steel data shown on the Alliant Powder website calls for a much higher powder charge than either Precision or Lyman's. It seems odd that Alliant has the powder charge so much higher (32 grains vs 26.5). I have built some loads and planned on sending them to be tested by Precision tomorrow. Somehow, I have a feeling that these loads are going to come back as way over pressured at 32 grains.....I actually built one load to be tested with 33.5 grains. Have you guys had any loads tested with Alliant Steel lately? I hope I'm not fixing to start playing the testing game to get to safe pressures.
