12 ga 3-1/2", 2-1/2 oz, #7-1/2s - 60 yds

This is a 2-1/2 oz load lab tested at 1182 fps MV and 13345 psi.

A buddy wanted to see what it does at 60 yds.

At that velocity, those 7-1/2s get 1.25" penetration at 104 yds (sea level and 32 deg). At 3000' and 70 deg, they get 1.25" at 122 yds.

That's impressive, what gun and choke combination was that pattern shot with?

That was a Winchester SX3 with Rhino 670.

Is that around $10.50 per shell?

Using current TSS pricing, I figure it costs about $8.50 per shell.
