TSS #4 shot is a great shot size for coyotes, it is way to big for shooting at birds with a 20 ga.

What do you plan on shooting with your 20 ga duplex loads?

It is for fox we dont get coyotes here,But i would try it for our goose shooting is mainly forshore and the geese are 50+ yrd. I dont have that much of the 4s left just wanted to try it.

Since the TSS #4 shot out performs any size of steel shot by a huge amount, if you duplex steel shot with your TSS #4 shot the steel shot will basically just be filler shot to take up space.

I would just load straight TSS #4 shot for your Fox and goose loads out of a 20 ga gun. Look below at the difference between TSS #4 shot and steel #1 shot. I don't think it is a good idea to go bigger than steel #1 shot in a 20 ga gun.

From KPY Shotshell Ballistics
1300 fps steel #1 shot gets 2.50" of gel penetration at 19.5 yards with about 102 pellets in 1 oz.
1300 fps TSS #4 shot gets 2.50" of gel penetration at 126.3 yards with about 83 pellets in 1 oz.

If you only have 1/4 oz to 1/2 oz of TSS #4 shot in a steel and TSS duplex load you would have a very weak pattern at 30 yards and beyond.
