Been steadily developing into this fall, and have a few new one's to add to the catalog.
12 gauge TSS (2-3/4")
7/8 oz 1400 fps, 5460 psi
1 oz 1335 fps, 5880 psi
1-1/8 oz 1446 fps, 7465 psi
2-1/8 oz 1196 fps, 11925 psi
12 ga TSS (3")
2-3/8 oz 1023 fps, 10857 psi
20 ga TSS (3")
1-5/8 oz 1167 fps, 11023 psi
This one is using a new wad as an alternate to other popular loads with a wad getting harder to procure.
28 ga TSS
3/4 oz 1336 fps, 7595 psi
This one is using an alternate wad to previous 3/4 oz loads.

Hal,
You've been busy it's nice to see some new loads. I would like to see how the 12ga 7/8oz load patterns.

Roll with it. If you stay above 55 the wheel wont fall off.

Nice loads, that 28ga looks usable to me for ducks.
Who do you use for testing, Precision? I've been using them, just wondering if anyone uses others, and why.

I use Precision. I've sent them around 10 dozen loads to test over the years.

Re: new loads to the lab this summer
Got a few new loads I've been working on this summer, including a couple extra heavy configurations, and a fast, light .410 load that will be ideal for smaller shot sizes like 10s and 11s.
.410
3/8 oz, 1516 fps MV
370 grains, 1101 fps MV
28 ga
1-5/8 oz, 1023 fps MV
20 ga
1-5/8 oz (new wad system), 1166 fps MV (still a work in progress)
2 oz, 902 fps MV (still a work in progress)
2-1/8 oz, 1003 fps MV (still a work in progress)
I hope to have some patterns to show before long.

Re: new loads to the lab this summer
Here's what the 1-5/8 oz 28 ga load looked like.
CZ Trulock 520, 9-1/2s
10" - 3-1
10-20" - 233

This load kicks like a 12 ga turkey load with that CZ....

Re: new loads to the lab this summer
I've been working on some new loads this summer which are primarily different combinations of components with a couple that are firsts.
One is a 7/8 oz .410 load, and another is a 1-3/4 oz 20 ga 2-3/4 oz load. Both should end up with plenty of speed to go with the heavy payload. Also am tweaking faster, 20 ga 2 oz and 1-7/8 oz loads, and another 2 oz 12 ga.

Good lord,
That 28ga load in 1 5/8 is like a death ray.
What distance is that pattern? 40yds?
