Postby 65158 » Wed Apr 08, 2020 9:43 pm

New to forum , duck hunter for 52 years looking to be educated on proper Tss shot size for duck hunting along with proper reloading specs. I shoot subsonics 950 fps 12 cc tungsten at this time due to ear damage suppressed. Thanks for help.

I use 8, 9 and 10 in 18 g/cc TSS. .25 oz TSS with another 1.0 oz of steel on top of the TSS in the wad. I use a wad designed for 1.125 oz of straight steel. For the recipe, I use a steel recipe for 1.25 oz of steel, but I sub the 1.125 wad of the same style. You can also try subbing a 1.0 oz wad of the same style as a 1.125 wad with a 1.125 oz recipe. Keep the TSS on the bottom.
