I haven't, but I'd bet old Ned Swygard did! He always talked about 7/8oz loads going 1750 and 1800 fps being the very best loads.
Here's 3 RSI loads that match that, which a lot of folks use. Note the bottom two are a full oz! I removed the powder amount:
