I’m also looking for a 12ga 1oz load recipe with #9 TSS. You’re help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Paul, any idea what speed you're getting from that, with or without the TSS? That's pretty much the load I would use myself, if I duplexed in 12ga with TSS.
Assuming you mean the SAM1 wad one, if you add 2 more grain of powder you get RSI #66, at 1485 fps also, 100 fps faster than the Alliant recipe... however, I do know that Goosepit2007 chronographed the exact Alliant recipe with 32gr and go 1445 fps, so that may be just perfect.
Those are my absolute favorite loads also-- 1-1/8oz, FedGM (or Cheddite). When I chronographed a similar load (Cheddite, ch209, 34gr asteel, sam1, 9/8oz), I only got 1318 fps... but my crimps were kinda weak on all 5 flavors of that load I tested. Also, my gun was a Maxus with invector plus barrels at .742", so oversize, and the SAM1 wad probably doesn't seal up as well as the CSD or LBC wads in that diameter.

Thinking about using RSi #66 for a duplex TSS load. Do you need to use a mylar wrap when using TSS with SAM 1 wads?
