I found the extreme sub pattern (under 10”) on the the first target interesting. Don’t know if that is common or not?

Yes. A denser 10" is very achievable, and still retain over 200 in the 10" to 20" ring. Depends on how you choke it primarily.

Field tested my first MOA20 loads in #8.5 shot. Tom went down hard at 33 yds as expected. The surprising part was a few passed completely through the vital area. Found one just under the skin on the far side. Not much time to get ready with this load before season but will definitely be optimizing chokes in the future.

It seems to shoot well with a variety of constrictions - 555 to 585 depending on the gun and choke make.
