No, this is the first Trulock I've ever tried in it. I've been using either the factory flush mount full choke (in the Franchi) or a Briley XF (.520) in the CZ. I had to special order this one from Trulock. But it shoots so well, I'm going to try one in the Franchi and the Ithaca also.
I have never purchased an expensive choke for TSS before. It shoots so well, I just haven't ever bothered. But there's a big enough difference with this choke, and since the 28 is my go-to turkey gun, it's inspired me to try them also in my other 28s.
