GAEP
I orders a case OTC crimper, case trimmer, and a holder from http://www.gaepreloading.com and when I received it the package was open with nothing in it. Needless to say I was pretty bummed about the situation but Kevin hooked me up with Charles at Gaep. He was quick to resend the package and sent it to me DHL this time. I have to say the customer server and the products are outstanding.

Roll with it. If you stay above 55 the wheel wont fall off.

Had the exact same thing happen to me this spring, ordered 2 of their roll crimpers (12 and 20 gauge) and I ordered them next day air, the brown padded envelope was tore open and empty. I contacted Kevin and he was quick to make it right and sent 2 more out immediately. GAEP and Kevin are good people to deal with, Kevin didn't even send me a PayPal invoice until I actually had them in my hand. GREAT customer service in my opinion.
